Volunteer

There are a variety of ways to give your time!  The Foundation appreciates immensely, the fine physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals who lend their expertise to our screening and seminar programs.  Volunteers with diverse skills are welcome for various committees that support our Board of Directors and help with administrative tasks. Lastly, but most importantly, we’d like to hear from those in our communities who have been directly affected by cardiovascular disease, so we can continue to improve the quality oand timeliness of our programs.

Financial Support

The Foundation is a local non-profit organization that is funded through private individual and corporate donations.  These gifts enable us to continue our mission to improve the cardiac health of our communities through education, research and community outreach.
