Community education and outreach are critical initiatives for decreasing cardiovascular disease.  The Foundation’s outreach activities include various health screenings and educational seminars.  You may see us at any number of community functions in order to bring the benefit of education to the people in our communities.  Through partnerships and collaboration with other organizations, the reach is extended even further.
